Same issue currently. Removed Widget, cleared data and cache - no effect, other than breaking th temperatureon my AOD. You can temporarily get it to show the correct temperature by switching to Celsius exiting the settings then going back and changing the temperature to Fahrenheit and going back or vice versa. But it's adding about 60° F today I don't know why.
