Will I always have access to Samsung cloud if I get a different phone like apple?

How do I put my pics and videos on there? 

Also, if I get a different phone say apple will I always have access to Samsung cloud forever????

pics, videos, and files are no longer stored on Samsung Cloud. they're on your device and you can back them up to OneDrive, Google Cloud, Dropbox, etc. in that case, you would have access to those whether you're on Samsung or Apple.
