Have you tried reconnecting as it suggests? If so and it still hasn't, could the battery be dead in the tag?

I have recently reset this tag and the battery is fine in all my tags, I just went on the app again and another different tag said the same thing. Seems like a glitch in the app for two unrelated tags now..
