A7 tablets unable to update google play

Got these tablets for the kids christmas gifts and im trying to set them up and it wont let google play update. I cant even bypass this screen to clear cache and all that other stuff i saw online to do. Helppppppp they will be up soon 😩

Are you having trouble updating the Google Play store? or doing an update in tablet settings -> About tablet - Google Play system update? 

If you want to wipe the device cache or get into the recovery menu, you must connect the tablet via cable to a computer or charger and then boot using the volume up and power button.

Thankfully Samsung had techs available at 3am in the morning. We had to clear the cache and optimize the tablet and it all worked out. Thank you
