My tablet won't rotate.

Swipe down with 2 fingers from the top there should be a little option called "Auto Rotate" it may say "Landscape" or "Portrait"

It's not there. And landscape or portrait.

The icon should look like one of these. 

If not there try turning off the tablets power and then restarting it and checking again

If still not there pull down the menu and tap Edit (pencil) 

See if the icon is available to be added

I got it. I hit portrait, and it turned to rotate function. Thank you all.
