I don't believe that is a feature of Google Sheets.

@Anonymous Google Sheet is a spreadsheet. In general spreadsheets don't allow drawing of any kind.

I discovered that Google Sheets does have a drawing feature when accessed from a PC. But this is not accessible in the Android app.

Isn't PC the last thing that you would want to draw on?!

@Anonymous for now use Microsoft Excel. Contact Google and ask them to add the drawing capability to the Sheets Android app.
