Hi All, I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 back a few years ago and the messaging app stopped working about 1 1/2 years ago. I've spoke with Samsung support back then and was told they were aware of the problem and were working on it. Well it's been quite awhile so I contacted them yesterday and they're still giving the same answer. Has anyone else had this problem? I've deleted and reinstalled the app several times and it still doesn't work. Thanks for any answers.
