My tablet automatically reconnects to a Wi-Fi network?

My Samsung tablet tried to reconnect to a WIFI network without allowing me to enter sign in information. It is like the tablet automatically remembers this Wi-Fi network and even when I say disconnect, it will automatically connect! 

I have read and tried Solutions posted in the forum but mouthing is working 

Any other ideas,

Device settings>connections>Wi-Fi>3 dots>advanced>manage networks>your wifi network>forget

I tired that but it still did not clear the wifi history and automatically reconnects even when auto connect is off
