Possible bug in bootloader of the SM-T290 model

Hello,

While this is an older model, it does seem to have a bug since bootloader versions 4 and up. It prevents from downgrading the bootloader or allowing to flash stock stuff in some cases where it's older. This didn't happen on earlier bootloader versions and thus I think this isn't supposed behavior.

I'm pretty sure that was purposeful but feel free to submit an error report.

Samsung Members app, click on Support (Lower right)->Feedback->Send Error Report, Remember to check on "Send System Data Log"
