Prime video does not play 4k videos on Tab s9 ultra

Does anyone know why the heck I cannot play 4k uhd and hdr videos and the maximum bandwidth it could get upto is 1.82gb/hr? Is there any way I could get this upto 4k.

Quoted per Google, While the S9 series displays are excellent, their WQHD+ resolution falls short of true 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution, which is generally considered the minimum requirement for optimal HDR viewing.

I have, its more than enough. Infact my brothers ipad runs the same account and it plays 4k

My vr is laggy and my internet speed is peak really good, and the vr uses Samsung browser i discovered. My iPad 10th plays good but I'm not sure if it's 4k.

2960 x 1848 (WQHD+), which is lower than true 4K resolution (3840 x 2160). Quoted per Google search. This is like a projector i always aim to purchase one with a good native resolution. I guess your tablet cannot, technically, would be my answer.
