Does anyone know why the heck I cannot play 4k uhd and hdr videos and the maximum bandwidth it could get upto is 1.82gb/hr? Is there any way I could get this upto 4k.

2960 x 1848 (WQHD+), which is lower than true 4K resolution (3840 x 2160). Quoted per Google search. This is like a projector i always aim to purchase one with a good native resolution. I guess your tablet cannot, technically, would be my answer.

Quoted per Google, While the S9 series displays are excellent, their WQHD+ resolution falls short of true 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution, which is generally considered the minimum requirement for optimal HDR viewing.
