TabletsGot 2 new Galaxy A9s for the company. Registered 2 new IDs with SamsungKnox. Everything looked good but then later got an email that indicated the "cloud services application" were rejected. No reason given. I emailed dataprivacy@samsungknox.com for help twice and as of yet, have not gotten any replies.
Yet the logins work as demonstrated by the fact that I logged into this community board. So I really don't understand what is going on.
I dont plan to purchase Samsunc Care + so is that why Knox applications were rejected?

TabletsI am the IT admin and samsung wouldn't know who was in what role as they don't ask that question during the signup process.

TabletsWell, when I go to the samsungknox website, the numbers presented are for sales. When I login, my login name and password are accepted but then the screen tells me that my request for accsss was not approved. I am not really sure it matters as I dont' plan on getting Care+. Google accounts lets me access the play store and use google's website to find the device it case it gets mis-placed. Coming from the Apple world, I find samsungknox bewildering as to its purpose.
