S9 FE plus external monitor connectivity

I have just got S9 FE plus for my business use and surprising it is not connecting to any external screens as I purchased this because i need to use it for presentations in meeting. 

I was very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to buy this 

My most of the colleagues were planning to buy the same. 

Now please don't advice me that I have not checked the specs I am not tech savvy person.

How are you attempting to connect the Tab to an external screen? You can use Smart view to cast the Tab's screen to a compatible screen.

I tried that also but it did not work at all. We have to connect through cable for which this TAB is not compatible as I understand.
