Help , my fingerprint reader is 100% defective, it has gotten worse every update. However it worked fine recently, unitil about a week ago. Can't use samsung pass now.And very frustrated. I had tablet since dec.2024 and this issue is only issue of concern I've had.
Update: upon notice before the issue would send me brief notification that fingerprint reader was not working properly or my fingerprint couldn't be read, now it totally ignores my fingerprint to the point i tried to register a new fingerprint and got stuck on 0% , currently own very older samsung phones with perfectly fine working fingerprint readers like s9+, note10+ , anyone with similar experiences or solutions for trouble shooting please leave advice Thanks 🙏
Update#3 Fixed temporarily? : ok so i tried safe mode and fingerprint reader worked perfectly in safe mode, then proceeded to turn off safe mode and test it issue was fixed alas it worked 100% efficiently after the reboot from safe mode. So in future if have similar issues reboot into safe mode 1,2 test ,3 test after returning from safe mode.
