Small Dots appear at the bottom of my Tab S9 Ultra

 Hi. Has anyone facing this issues there are small dots at the bottom of my Tab S9 Ultra. I just realize today after 6 months used. How to solve this issus. I suspect this is probably caused by the book Cover.

It could be my tab s7 plus was bronze and now is silver near the charging port

Looks like it got scratched. Make sure that there's no dust or anything where the keyboard is supposed to meet the tablet.
