What's new after One UI 5.0?

Hi, so I have a S6 lite 2020. The last update it received was one ui 5. So I was just wondering what am I missing out on in terms of Samsung notes. Any cool new improvements. Coz from what I've experienced with the app there's a lot to improve.

Everything just looks newer. It's much cleaner than the previous years but if you can't afford an upgrade you can wait until next year.
