I've tried all the basic tricks: lotion on my hands, cleaned the screen, I don't have a screen cover. I've cleared and registered new fingerprints several times trying different fingers. Still doesn't recognize any fingerprints.
You were able to create fingerprints, but now they can't be read? I don't know if the tablet has diagnostics, but you can check by going to the support tab in the members app. If the diagnostics are thete, you can test the screen and fingerprint scanner.
