Washers and DryersProduct: WD53DBA900HZA1
Clothes don't dry. I have the techs out here seven times, now it's going to be the 8th. Just washed seven towels and after the 3 hour cycle they are still closer to wet than damp. Put them on for a timed dry of 30 minutes and again they are closer to wet than damp.

Washers and Dryers
Have you checked the exhaust hose? If the moisture doesn't have anywhere to go, it just steams your clothes like broccoli! Make sure it's not too long, or kinked, or stopped up.

Washers and Dryers
Oh my. When it turns off from drying, does it feel warm inside? Is the dryer vent vented outside with a dryer hose/vent? If not, that will cause moisture and makes clothes take longer, more difficult to get dry. Are they under warranty? If so make them stand behind the warranty until it's properly fixed .
