Washers and DryersHello there, and thank you for reaching out to the Community. We're sorry to hear about the unbalancing and located these instructions here- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01209212/ to assist you further with calibrating the washer. You can also review your manual online if needed here- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/.

Washers and DryersCalibrating didn't help me. I think these washers are basically defective in that they are advertise as high capacity and they have a big area for putting in clothes, but the suspension rods are not strong enough to handle high capacity. I can't replace the rods myself because the top panel has a lot of electronics attaching it to the base and I don't want to start tinkering with that, and when I got an estimate from a repair guy ($90 for the visit!) it was going to be almost as much to fix it as to buy a new machine, and then it probably would have this problem again. In short, this washer SUCKS. It lasted us under 4 years. I've had other washing machines that lasted > 10 years.

Washers and DryersExperiencing the same issue with my washer - the calibration did absolutely nothing. It's ridiculous spending thousands of $$'s an appliance the ends up to be a piece of **bleep** in quality.

Washers and DryersNone of the recommendations works. Multiple threads on reddit have been posted about this UR Code error on Samsung appliances. There are other suggestions below in regard to replacing parts, but later problem comes back.
Samsung wants to charge me $140 just for tech visit. Samsung need to send a recall and repair our washer for no additional fee.
My washer was less than 4 years old and I bought 2 similar model.
