I bought this washer machine at end of last year and shipped around March this year, from Home Depot order number W878242138, after used for a while, it turns out it isn't cleaning clothes properly, it even could not wash the chocolate off my kid's clothes.. there might be something wrong with the machine..
I pretty sure I operated it properly because I have been using other Samsung washer machine for many years, it was great.
The machine is still under warranty.
Is there by any chance you can send someone to my home do an inspection?
