Sorry to hear that. My machine is over three years old, so you may have a defective unit. I suggest you use the warranty on your machine to replace it. That said, I did call a repairman to my home to run a diagnostic test on my machine and he said it is caused by overloading the washer. Over time, the balancing joints and/or belt wear down and even break.
As such, I took out a warranty with Puls since I am outside of the warranty period with Samsung and will probably end up replacing the unit as it costs over $800 USD to replace the balancing joints and/or belt with labor. Just the cost of doing business, I guess.
