Unbalanced washer.

Top load wa50r5400av  constantly unbalanced no matter what I put in it. I've replaced the tension rods and the washer is level I've even ran the calibration on the system. Not sure what else to do this thing is practically useless right now

Does it have springs ? From what I have read about this if it has springs these may be the issue.

Yes springs on the suspension rods. They have already been replaced. Worked fine for about 2 weeks then issues again
