washer vibrating...  I am particular when it comes to leveling. I pulled the shipping bolts after locating the washer. No vibration for a whole year. The machine starts to vibrate and we readjust laundry which make little difference in front load washers as I can't control where the laundry goes when it spins up. I have calibrated several times and "reset" the machine sometimes before a calibration. I have visually inspected the springs and shocks and have verified the drum has no wiggle inside the housing. Not sure what to do at this point. I am 3 months out of warranty. This machine is not cheap to purchase.

Hi there, I can certainly understand the frustration with your washer suddenly vibrating. I'd first like to note that if you have not levelled the washer since installation, it may need to be re-levelled. Over time, the levelling legs may move slightly and cause the washer to become out of balance. Next, while it sounds like you've been through several troubleshooting steps already, I'd like to provide a link to our guide on this issue. You may find some additional information to help resolve this here:

However, if these steps do not resolve the issue, we would recommend service as the next option. Since you are past the one-year manufacturer warranty, you can use the link below to locate a service center in your area. Alternatively, you are also welcome to send a private message to any of the moderators here, and we would be happy to look into additional options for you.
