Washers and DryersI just replaced the tension bars too and still get the dreaded Ur code during the spin cycle. Washer then refills with water to rebalance the load without success. We are wasting a tremendous amount of water. Later the washer will display the Ub code. We have followed the Samsung suggested steps on stated in their reply to another individual post. Slowing the spin cycle sometimes helps but not always. We have requested another service call with our home warranty provider and will try to get this washer fixed but Iām not hopeful based on reading the posts from other users. I agree, there needs to be a recall. Probably will consider replacing this washer. Very disappointed with this washer but love our Samsung TV which was one reason we selected Samsung vs LG. We have a LG dryer. Wish we had selected something else. The Samsung washer is less than 4 years old and is only washing clothes for two people (retirees).

Washers and DryersSo frustrating. Came here looking for additional recommendations. Sounds like everyone is having the same issue as we are. Lots of water and time being wasted. 3-5 years is all this washer seems to last. Never had an issue until this one and now it won't go away. I replaced tension rods and it worked great for a handful of washes and now we are back to the beginning.

I bought the suspension rods in Amazon, and I was expecting to make the replacement in 3 days. Has anyone solve the issue just by replacing the rods?
