My model number WA50R5200AW top load washer will not drain. I ran the automatic diagnostics feature and it gave a "SC" code. I further did diagnostics including: checking inlet tube to drainage pump, no clog. Checked the outlet tube, no clog. The pump itself hums when trying to start a load which seems to indicate the pump has power but I further tested with a multimeter which read '13.6 (volts?)'. So is the problem with the circuit board itself? Thanks.

Make sure your drain is higher than the machine or the pump won't function it has to have the down water pressure the hooked end has to be higher thanwasher itself or won't work
