Hello, I bought SAMSUNG 4.5 cu. ft. Top Load Washer with Impeller and Vibration Reduction in White about 2 weeks ago. It is very frustrating how wet the laundry still is. Double drying time gets expensive. So when spinning start it will always sound like it wants to go faster, but it won't. And at 4 minutes it will spin full speed but only for 2 minutes. Is this how it is suppose to be/ spin or is something wrong with my washer? It is the same no matter which load size or water level.
Any idea/help?
Thanks in advance!

Washers and DryersHello and thank you for reaching out to our Samsung Community. We definitely understand the concern with the washer spinning and have attached a troubleshooting link here- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10003485/ as it is relevant due to the long drying cycle times and soaking wet clothes being reported.

Washers and DryersEvery load spins full speed only for 2 minutes {starts at 4 minutes and ends at 2 minutes before washer is done}and leaves laundry wet.
If a load would be uneven, to full or not enough, I doubt it would spin full speed at all. That is why I was wondering if the washer is suppose to only spin full speed for 2 minutes or if my washer has a problem.
