Washers and DryersHello there, and thank you for reaching out to our Samsung community, I definitely understand your concern and recommend calibrating the washer due to the recent service repair to ensure adequate performance.
As calibration ensures accurate weight detection by the washer. You want to make sure the tub is empty before running calibration. Then follow the steps below:
- Press Power to turn on the washer.
- Press and hold Temp. and Delay End simultaneously for 3 seconds.
- Press Start/Pause (Hold to Start) to start calibration.
- The tub rotates clockwise for approximately 2 minutes.
- When complete, “0” appears on the display, and the washer turns off automatically.
These steps may differ depending on your model and control panel so we encourage you to download the e-manual for your specific model here- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/ for further assistance.
