Delete the one with your Esim. That is Samsung software, the Carrier recognizes your device as a Samsung A35 U1 model. Are you sure that they is no SIM tray? It's impossible if it is a real Samsung Phone.

I get it for those that use themes on there phones. I personally my 2 screens extensively. With custom widgets and icon packs! I just feel functionality is more important then what an app for communication looks like. I look at my screens all day, I am not in a texting app, all day.
