Can anyone HELP me my not so smart remote will not pair with my tv QA65Q70TAWXXY. All I get is unavailable I have tried all the troubleshooting fixes but nothing .I can't even get my smart things app to work it keeps saying offline . I'm SICK and tired of this the tv is only 18 months old . By the look of all the complaints on here Samsung has big problems.
