I'm having serious light bleed issues on the corners and bottom center of my Samsung UN60KS8000 display. I've already went thru all the troubleshooting steps that were advised here in this community forum to no avail. From what I've read on the forums, this is a known issue. Infact, a class action law suit was filed over this exact issue. How do I go about rectifying this problem? Any information regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

I understand how this may be frustrating if this is occurring on all osurce3s and during the picture test this will require service, you have a couple of options based on your warranty.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

Im not exactly sure how to help you but my best advice is to probably check your cable box or reconnect it to the TV

Clouding and edge bleed are common issues in all back lit and edge lit TV's unfortunately. You could try turning the brightness down. That may help. But as far as fixing it? A new TV would be cheaper.
