I have a Galaxy A03s phone. .it rings...

I press answer key......NOTHING happens....before I toss this phone away would someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Hello, We understand it can be frustrating trying to answer a call.

To answer an incoming call, slide the "Answer" icon in any direction.
