Since my latest updates, anytime I make a selection, it is very slow responding. I touch the screen and it makes a blue circle, maybe 1/2" dia., with lighter blue filled. Typing, is very slow and never displays what I type. I have to select the word from spell check display. Again so slow and hardly ever does what I am trying to! HELP, ANYONE?

I am sorry to hear of your A32 being slow and having a blue button circle were you touch. I can certainly see the inconvenience and frustration. For the blue circle, have you tried:
Settings - General management - Reset - Reset accessibility settings - Reset blue button?

As for the A32 being slow to respond and type, the first thing I would try is clearing your device's cache partition with these steps:
• Ensure the device is powered off. If the device is unresponsive/frozen, press and hold the Power button for approximately 10 seconds or until the device power cycles.
• Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Home button.
• While continuing to hold the Home and Volume Up buttons, press and hold the Power button until 'RECOVERY BOOTING' appears in the upper left then release all buttons.
• Select wipe cache partition. Utilize the Volume Up/Down buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.
• Select reboot system now. Option is highlighted, utilize the Power button to select.

If wiping the cache partition didn't resolve the slow responsiveness, this guide can walk you through tips and tricks to keep your phone from slowing down: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078985/

If the above has not helped improve device behavior, then you can try Safe Mode to see if a third-party application is responsible. This guide will help you use Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

Lastly, you can give your device a fresh start with a factory reset. Since this will wipe your device of all things not pre-installed, it is wise to back up your files and data you do not wish to lose beforehand. Thankfully, the factory reset guide also has a guide inside for that, too: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
