A52: After update One UI 6.1, mic doesn't work and mobile data not working

After the ONE UI 6.1 update, the microphone stopped working. I can’t record audio messages, and I’m not heard during calls. However, when I record videos, there is sound (the upper mic works), and when I connect an external microphone, it works fine. Additionally, since the update, I no longer have mobile signal, and mobile data is not working.

Microphone not working: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001652/
Mobile data not working/intermittent: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01212956/

If the troubleshooting doesn't help, first try reaching out to your carrier regarding mobile data signal loss. If they are unable to help, and the microphone is not working, service and evaluation may be necessary. 

For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:
