Anyone knows what is this bar is and I can't remove it off my screen?

This anyone knows what this is it's not related to my Game and I checked settings and game to booster to see what it is Anyone knows??

@ronalB An update to Game Plugins seemed to turn this on. I got rid of it by:

1. Opening Game Plugins
2. Click the 3 dot menu in upper right
3. Turn off "Show floating icon"
