Do you think that booting or rebooting doesn't use any of the battery's power? Of course some battery life will be depleted. How much would depend on whether or not your apps were optimized and how much of an optimization the system has to do upon starting/restart.  I do however think that an 11% drop seems excessive, even for the most unoptimized device.  You first image appears to show that your battery may be starting to deteriorate.  Have you run a diagnostic on your phone, using the phone's diagnostic tools or just from your third party app?  Go to settings/device care/diagnostics or use the support link at the bottom right of the members' app page.

I've used Samsung membĆØrs app, it didn't detect anything and when I took my phone for repair the battery health was 88% and after the repair it went to 83%šŸ¤§. I bought the wrong Samsung
