Bixby home, I have no Bixby button on left side of phone for voice option on a Galaxy A10e.

I dont have a Bixby button on the left side of my Samsung Galaxy A10e...how do I use the Bixby voice and camera option?

Um excuse me your information is wrong. Bixby home is also available on A10e because I disabled it on mine and now I can't reenable it. Did you people remove it from the phone in an update or something? Because Bixby service in settings is still there
