Ever since I got this phone it just randomly drops signal and I have to reconnect to the Verizon network, and if that along with it constantly signing out of every social media app and then not receiving the text messages to log back in, it decided to go ahead and totally lock my phone up completely for 3 days. I don't know if it is a Samsung problem or a Verizon problem or a Google problem or something else but I don't have enough patience for this nonsense. Does anyone have any idea what is going on here? Am I the only one having this problem? It's definitely not made me a fan of Samsung and I don't see any reason why I would ever purchase anything from this company again.
