A Series & Other Mobile
I have an old galaxy device that I haven't. Used in some time and wanted to sell to a friend. But I dont know the password so I factory reset it, but now it has a lock on it to the google account that was on it, but I'm not using the same one from when I has that phone nor do I even know what the account is, this feature is really stupid, but and solutions?

A Series & Other Mobile@reburauphigh The reason for this is to reduce the usability of devices which are stolen. You should contact Samsung support directly.
