A Series & Other MobileI understand. Regretfully, troubleshooting really wouldn't be available without the SIM card. Wi-Fi calling would require access to an active number to make the call and then routes the call through wifi.

A Series & Other MobileI understand how frustrating this may be. What is happening when you select the slider to turn on the WiFi calling? Have you tried clearing the app cache for the Wi-Fi calling app? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611
