Galaxy A13 "NO sim card" error

This WAS a great phone then about a month ago

I started getting a "NO sim card " error,.. Finally got someone to help me I could understand and got a new sim card. With in days it's happening again.

When this happens I have no setvice!!!!

Is there a possibility your sim card tray got slightly bent? It's very delicate.  Does your phone get a lot of jostling that could possibly dislodge the sim card? Does the A13 have e-sim capability? - perhaps switching to an e-sim rather than a physical sim would help.

Hmmmp not sure.. never heard of e-sim..
Thanks I'll check, but my phone is like new. It's very secured with protection

if you look in the connections settings and go to sim management, you will be able to see if there is an e-sim available.

There is slways a sim manager. Even with one sim, there are settings you one can make, like lock the sim so it can only be used in the current phone.
