A Series & Other MobileSo my husband and I got Galaxy A14 phones from the samsung website just under a year ago. Everything was fine until my husband's phone got into an updating loop that it wouldn't get out of so now he doesn't have a phone. Looked online and it should still be under warranty but it's $74 just to send the phone and have it looked at apparently. The other option is to call the Samsung hotline or go to a Samsung store in person. Anyone experienced this, any suggestions?
