A Series & Other MobileDefine "act flakey".
Are you trying to get resolution for your issues or are you just expressing a thought?

A Series & Other MobileHello Sharondu, Welcome to the Community. We understand how upsetting it is when your phone is not working as expected.
If your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00076952/ You can also try clearing the cache partition of the phone. To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
If you're still having the same problem we would suggest doing a factory data reset on the device.

If the troubleshooting is not helpful or the phone is getting too warm to touch, service is recommended.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
