Galaxy A50 ringtone sometimes don't work when a person calls

Hello,

have the following problem with Samsung galaxy a50 phone find that sometimes the ringtone does not work when a person rings me, this problem does not happen all the tine, get no warning it just happens, all I know when this problem has happens the phone tells me I have a new voicemail.

any help would be appreciated

Thank you for reaching out. Just to clarify, does the ringtone not go off or does the phone not ring at all and goes straight to voicemail?
