A Series & Other MobileI recently got a galaxy phone and after about 2 months (past warranty) the speakers started acting wack.
Sometimes they are fine, other an annoying buzz, and sometimes they sound completely blown out.
Factory resetting it seems to stop the issue for a few days but then it comes back, so it seems like its some sort of software issue. Regardless I don't seem to live anywhere near a Samsung certified repair place, and so all the repair places by me can't get a replacement speaker.
What are my options here? Can I go to a carrier store to get this fixed? Or should I look into rooting an maybe getting better audio drivers?

A Series & Other MobileThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when the speakers aren't functioning properly on your galaxy A53. There are a few things that can cause issues with the speaker while you are on call or listening to audio playback through your Galaxy phone. For example, there could be an external device where the audio is being redirected. It's also possible that a software problem or physical damage is causing the issue. Give this link a try for possible troubleshooting steps to resolve the symptoms you are experiencing: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001255/
As you have already tried a factory reset the next step would be a service repair. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
