@neicek It sounds like you have inadvertently installed some malware or adware. You can run something like Malware Bytes from the Play store to find and remove the item.
You can also use Samsung's Nice Catch to determine what is causing the pop up. It is part of Samsung's Good Lock app. Both are available in the Galaxy Store.
