My son was playing a game on my A51, and dont knkw what he did, but he brings it back to me and its been frp locked.

It recognises my samsung account. but the device doesnt recognise my gmail account.
however my gmail does recognise the A51, i go to manage accounts on a different sevice and its still got my A51 listed as my registered device. Samsung find my phone cant unlock it. it says the unlock via remote is turned off. and its not...

ive managed to use a launcher to more-or-less skirt around the frp, so i can use my phone... but its got its limitations.
no navigation buttons( home, back, tab) only a back button.
no notification bar, cant use any google apps, and can only run one app at a time because i cant tab between them...
really makes me feel like im pushing a corvette up hill...

ive tried everything i have access to to try and bypass it, nothing worked.

i currently dont have access to a computer, or any otc cables, i have ordered an sd card, but... thst may take a while to arrive. my work makes it difficult to interact with most luxeries.

what can i do? please some one help

Hi there, thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry to hear you got locked out of the device temporarily. For future use of the lock and getting past it, you can consult this guide: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00083965/#:~:text=If%20your%20phone%20or%20tablet,infor....

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician, with a valid proof of purchase or bill of sale. For service in the U.S., please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. Do you have wifi this method does get rid of data first power off the phone then power button and volume up button until the samsung logo appears then uses volume down button tell you get to factory reset then click OK it will reset it will take awhile make sure you know your passwords they can send a reset code even if your phone isn't set up. Boot up can take awhile. Once it's done click start ad your wifi network sometimes it will verify you by a previously connected network. Enter your email address then password. If it still doesn't work then reset the phone again sometimes I've found that's worked. If anything hasn't happened then go to att and let me know I'm very interested in your case
