German language on my Samsung A54 5G

Have a Samsung A54 5G here,... the strangest thing, all of a sudden everything is in German, don't know how or why, don't know how to change now being ive never had to go into this in any phone I've ever owned... any help much appreciated as I continue to look around for answers

Settings (Einstellungen) > general management (AllgemeineVerwaltung) > Language (Ssprache) > either select English then "Anwenden" |or| select "Sprache hinzufügen" then English (United States)

Is it doing it with the whole phone or just specific apps like say google?
