How can I get a message that was accidently deleted back?

I have a Samsung A13 5G and I accidentaly deleted a message. Could I get it back?

If you're using Samsung Messages and have the Trash option enabled, you should be able to restore the text by selecting the top right three dots>Trash. Press and hold the message you want to restore to bring up the options at the bottom of the screen. If you're using Google Messages, I don't believe there is any way to retrieve the message if it wasn't backed up to the Cloud beforehand.
