How can I get my A12 screen to rotate?

My phone won't rotate when I turn it. Where do I find the control to allow the screen to rotate?

It should be in your quick settings, something like this. It may look a little different, and will almost certainly be hard to find haha

When it's disabled, it's labeled as "Portrait"

Where do I find the rotate button

1. Go to your home screen 2. Swipe down from the top where you have your time and battery icons 3. Select the 5th icon from the 6 circles and it will turn blue 4. Turn your phone it should rotate.
