Are there 2 buttons on the right or left side of your phone :mobile_phone:, if so you have to push the bottom one quick and then the top right after, hope this helps

If you can get goodlock in your country download and use navstar module to add screenshot button to your navigation bar...way easier than the other methods....if you can't get goodlock some countries have nicelock or maybe you can set it up to take screenshot with voice coomans
