Thank you for reaching out. Are you using the Samsung Members app or the web broswer?
-If you are using the members app: tap the 3 dot in the top right corner > go to settings > and you can edit your nickname there
-If you are using the web browser: click on your username in the top right corner> then tap on my profile > tap on my settings under your Avatar picture > and you can change your username there
Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
